त्यागाच्छान्तिरनन्तरम्॥ "From letting go, peace follows at once." — Bhagavad Gītā 12.12

✦ ✦ ✦ You were not meant to carry every yesterday into every tomorrow. The grudge. The failure. The version of you that didn't know better. Notice what you are still holding — not because it is heavy, but because you forgot you were allowed to set it down. 👉 Put down the outcome you cannot control. 👉 Put down the apology you never received. 👉 Put down the person you think you should have been by now. 👉 Put down the day that already happened. A hand that is always gripping cannot receive. An open hand can hold the whole sky. You do not grow lighter by carrying it better. You grow lighter by letting it go. — Guru 🙏 #AnandBodh #WakeUpLife #GuruAnand #LettingGo #Surrender #Mindfulness #InnerPeace #Detachment #Healing #TheHappyLife

🌿 The Collective Wound: Feeling ‘Not Good Enough’ 🌿

In a world that constantly pushes us to do more, be more, and achieve more, when do we ever feel like enough?

🚨 The Cycle of Never Enough: 🔹 Society validates success based on climbing higher 🔹 Moving goalposts keep fulfillment just out of reach 🔹 The chase for more creates a deep sense of lack 🔹 Achievements lose meaning because there’s always another level

💭 But what if healing means stepping off the treadmill? 👉 Smashing the warped mirrors that tell us we’re not enough 👉 Validating our journey—without external approval 👉 Honoring ourselves, even when we’re not “achieving”

Maybe true contentment isn’t in the endless climb… but in learning to be enough, as we are.

💬 What do you think? Have you felt this way? Let’s discuss below.

Key Reflections on Healing

👉 Healing asks us to become mindful of the way we show up for others. It’s about relating in ways that use ‘power to empower’, rather than perpetuating paradigms of heroes and helplessness.

👉 Healing requires stepping off pedestals—both the ones we place ourselves on and the ones we place others upon.

👉 True belonging starts when we stand together on common ground, embracing the chaos of this world as a shared experience.

Questions to Ponder

❓ What do you think? ❓ Are you truly ‘holding space’?
